What we promise, and what we don’t
We commit to the quality of our analysis and the honesty of our reporting. We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, or revenue — search engines and AI systems control their own results. Any agency that guarantees those outcomes is guessing.
Client work
Engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Payment
Fees, schedule, and currency are set out in the engagement agreement. Invoices are due within [PAYMENT TERMS, e.g. 14 days]. Work may be paused on overdue accounts after written notice.
Who owns the work
Deliverables produced for you — audits, plans, briefs, content — become yours on full payment. We keep ownership of our methods, frameworks, templates, and internal tools, and we may reuse them for other clients. We will not share your data or identify you as a client without written permission.
Confidentiality
Anything you share that is not public stays confidential, and we expect the same of our work product. This survives the end of the engagement.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an ongoing engagement with [NOTICE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days] written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable. Fixed-scope work such as an audit is completed and invoiced as agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the [LIABILITY PERIOD, e.g. 3 months] before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost rankings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mahad, Maharshtra India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mahad, Maharshtra India.
